About the Role
As the National QA Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring quality and compliance across their expansive network of facilities and suppliers. In this role, you’ll report directly to the COO, overseeing a large team across multiple states and managing external customers. Your primary focus will be on facility management, maintaining rigorous standards and processes to support seamless operations, with an additional focus on supplier oversight and compliance.
You’ll foster resilient, collaborative relationships across internal teams and external partners, representing our QA function in customer interactions and working closely with sales, procurement, NPD, and operations teams to embed quality at every step. This is an impactful role in a dynamic, growth-driven environment where you’ll be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards across our diverse product lines.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance within the manufacturing industry (high risk environment experience advantageous)
- Strong leadership background with a history of developing and mentoring teams across multiple locations
- Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across internal teams and external partners
- Skilled in navigating fast-paced, high-pressure environments and making agile, impactful decisions
- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Comprehensive knowledge of compliance standards, traceability, and quality frameworks in a manufacturing setting
