About the Role:

As the part-time Marketing Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with the National Marketing Manager to create and implement a variety of marketing strategies and campaigns. Your key focus will be on design and brand consistency, ensuring all marketing collateral aligns with our brand guidelines. This role requires hands-on expertise in design tools such as Canva, InDesign and the ability to manage content on SharePoint.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creative Design: Design marketing collateral across print and digital platforms using Adobe InDesign and Canva, including flyers, promotional materials, product portfolio guides, and packaging labels.
  • Brand Management: Maintain and update brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all communications, both internally and externally.
  • SharePoint Management: Own and manage the marketing SharePoint Hub, organizing and maintaining files, design assets, and key documents.
  • Event Support: Assist with event planning, including creating marketing materials, signage, and promotional content for key brand events, sponsorships, and community partnerships.
  • Digital Asset Management: Oversee the storage and organization of the company’s image bank, logos, and design files, ensuring easy access for stakeholders.
  • Website Management: Support website updates and content optimization using WordPress, maintaining digital assets in line with brand and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with external stakeholders such as print production teams, media partners, and internal departments to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and budget.
  • Content Creation: Assist with writing and proofreading copy for a range of marketing materials, including newsletters, promotional materials, and online content.
  • Campaign Execution: Assist with the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to support new product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand positioning.
  • Marketing Support: Providing a range of marketing support across a national footprint of diverse business entities
Key Selection Criteria:
  • Tertiary Qualifications: A relevant qualification in marketing and/or communications is ideal, but not essential.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Canva, and Photoshop. Experience managing SharePoint, WordPress, and understanding of Google Analytics.
  • Digital Expertise: Solid knowledge of SEO, content optimization, and analytics, with a focus on improving the consumer journey across digital platforms.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills with the ability to write and proofread marketing collateral, delivering key messages aligned with corporate branding.
  • Organizational Skills: High attention to detail and the ability to multitask across several campaigns while meeting deadlines under pressure.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

  • You have a strong eye for detail, particularly in design and branding, ensuring consistency across all materials.
