The Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of annual brand marketing strategies and plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver campaigns that meet customer and revenue targets.
- Analyze campaign performance and leverage insights for continuous improvement.
- Build and manage relationships with external agencies for campaign execution.
- Coach and mentor a marketing coordinator.
- Support onsite marketing efforts during major events and exhibitions.

Skills & Experience:
- Marketing Management experience, preferably in B2B with experience marketing for events.
- Proven expertise in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ideally familiarity with WordPress, Salesforce (Pardot), and data-driven marketing.
- Ideally Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
