Position Purpose:
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join their team. This role is perfect an all-rounder who enjoys being involved in all aspects of the marketing and sales process, from campaign design to customer support. As part of our small, passionate team, reporting directly to the Head of Product and Marketing, you will play a crucial role in their ongoing growth. While prior experience in building products is not necessary, experience with major hardware retailers is highly desirable.
 
Marketing and Communications:
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our market value propositions to manage our website and social media platforms effectively.
  • Handle all outbound communications in line with brand guidelines, contributing significantly to the creation of new online and in-store content, including coordinating photo and video shoots.
  • Coordinate trade events from concept to execution, including large trade expos and in-store training sessions.
  • Collaborate with our agency and supply partners, utilising excellent time management skills to maximise the impact of our marketing investments.
  • Create and update marketing materials such as brochures, demonstration tools, and case studies to meet customer needs.
Sales Support:
  • Serve as a primary contact point for our B2B customers and consumers, working closely with customer buying teams and managing incoming consumer enquiries.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring product information and marketing materials drive sales across key customers.
Experience:
  • 2+ years in a similar role, preferably with experience dealing with major retailers.
  • Strong skills in the MS Office Suite.
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as WordPress, Canva, and Trello is a plus.
