About the role
Own production excellence at our clients Sydney manufacturing facility. As Manufacturing Manager, you'll spearhead strategic initiatives to optimize production in their most complex facility. Lead a team of 4 direct reports and over 150 indirect staff, driving increased output, operational efficiency, and exceptional product quality. Build a high-performing team with a strong sense of collaboration and engagement.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Production or Manufacturing Manager or similar role within a manufacturing environment, preferably within food, beverage or dairy industries.
- Proven track record in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Analyse data and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations.
- Plan and execute strategies to achieve site goals, including budget control and resource allocation.
