The Responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible for (not limited too):
- Ensure BOM’s and routings are accurately reflected
- Analyze and take corrective action where needed on all product cost lines and pricing models
- Operational variance analysis including labor, variable, fixed and material cost
- Assist operations to identify gaps to contribute towards effective production strategies and improve performance
- Analysis and financial reporting on a regular basis
- Analyze data and prepare meaningful commercial reports to site operations management and head office corporate
- Review and investigate any discrepancies around costing & routing
- Ideally CA/CPA qualified or working towards
- Strong FMCG/Manufacturing background - with prior experience to BOM, costing, routing, pricing
