- Collaborate with site managers and operational teams to understand business drivers and support decision-making.
- Prepare and analyse monthly financial and operational reports, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Drive budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop and implement cost control initiatives and process improvements.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve performance and achieve financial targets.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- CA/CPA qualified (or close to completion) with a strong understanding of management accounting principles.
- Proven track record in a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing, construction, or industrial setting.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage non-finance stakeholders from all walks of life.
