About the Role As a Management Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing, analysing, and reporting financial and commercial data to provide actionable insights. Your work will directly support senior stakeholders in making informed business decisions while ensuring compliance with regulatory reporting and financial best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyse financial reports, identifying trends and variances.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting, collaborating with multiple departments.
- Support month-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain capital expenditure forecasts and provide cash flow reporting.
- Prepare regulatory reports for submission to relevant authorities.
- Calculate and review incentive structures to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Assist in preparing financial presentations for senior management.
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects and financial analysis as required.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, such as Financial Analyst or Management Accountant.
- Strong financial reporting and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
- CPA/CA qualification (or progress towards certification) highly regarded.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and month-end processes.
- Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is advantageous.
- Ability to communicate complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders
