As they continue to scale, they are seeking a Management Accountant with costing expertise to join their finance team and play a key role in financial strategy and cost control. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in manufacturing, operational, and inventory accounting who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting detailed cost analysis, identifying cost drivers, and ensuring accurate product costing
- Preparing monthly management reports, financial statements, and key business insights for senior leadership
- Supporting annual budget preparation, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis
- Developing profitability models, cost structures, and scenario planning tools to support strategic decision-making
- Partnering with operations, procurement, and senior management to improve financial performance
Skills and Experience:
- A degree in Accounting or equivalent
- CA or CPA qualifications (or working towards)
- Experience in working within the manufacturing/ industrial sector with product costing is a must
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to influence key stakeholders
- Strong understanding of costing, inventory, and financial controls
- Advanced Excel skills (mandatory); experience with Tableau or Power BI is desirable
