Our client are seeking a skilled Management Accountant to join their dynamic finance team in North Sydney. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support management decision-making
- Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights to optimize operational efficiency
- Collaborate with various departments to gather data and ensure accurate financial planning and reporting
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
- Support month-end closing processes and ensure timely completion of financial statements
- Participate in financial audits and prepare necessary documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA/CA qualification is highly regarded
- Proven experience in a management accounting role ideal
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
