Duties
Reporting into the Finance Manager, this opportunity will be a broad and challenging role that will see you working with numerous internal and external stakeholders.  Your duties will include, but not be limited to:
  • Project Costing & Reporting
  • Project Forecasting
  • General Ledger posting and associated reconciliations
  • Role in Annual Budgeting Process
  • Assistance in Month-End Results Preparation including exposure to Board Reporting
  • Provide Assistance to Business Development Team when Pricing Tenders etc
  • Assist Finance Team in preparation for Half Year & Year-End ASX Reporting including dealing with the External Auditors
  • Business partnering with General Managers
  • Process Improvement
  • Preparation of other Statutory requirements (FBT, GST, PAYG, Payroll Tax). 
  • Work with the Finance Team to develop and continuously improve Finance policies, procedures and programs to drive or assist with achieving business objectives.  
Skills and Experience
We are seeking expressions of interest/applications from candidates with 2-3 experience in a hands-on accounting role post completion of their tertiary studies. Candidates that have recently completed or are near completion of their CA or CPA studies are strongly encouraged to apply.
