This is an exciting opportunity for a Management Accountant who is seeking a chance to develop their skills and grow into a leadership role. This role sits within a large and supportive Finance team in a global FMGC company who are ASX listed.
This role will allow you to work across month end, budgeting and forecasting as well as getting experience partnering with business partnering across supply chain functions.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Generate financial reports and forecasts to assist in strategic planning.
- Analyze budget variances and provide actionable insights.
- Perform variance analysis and trend analysis.
- Provide financial insights to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standard and assist with internal and external audits.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial operations and implement best practices in accounting procedures.
- Assess financial risks and implement risk mitigation strategies and develop and maintain financial policies and procedures.
- Present financial findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Maintain and enhance financial management systems and ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- CA/CPA qualification.
- Commercial experience as a Financial accountant or Management accountant.
- A willingness to be challenged and a proactive approach.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with prior examples of stakeholder management experience.
