About the role:


An exciting opportunity has opened for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join a leading Australian food and beverage manufacturer based in Melbourne's South East. This role supports the afternoon shift, and involves troubleshooting and maintaining high-tech processing, filling, and packaging equipment in an automated environment. Occasional weekend overtime may be required for planned and unplanned maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical and pneumatic equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair automated production machinery
  • Assist with fault-finding and process improvements to enhance efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Work independently and as part of a team to support manufacturing operations

What we're looking for:
  • Trade qualification in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in an automated production environment
  • Familiarity with Krones, KHS, Tetra, or Alfa Laval equipment.  
  • Previous experience in FMCG, food, or beverage manufacturing.
