About The Role
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring on-time deliveries
- Liaise with transport providers and warehouse teams to manage shipments
- Track and monitor inventory levels, ensuring stock accuracy
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, invoices, and compliance paperwork
- Identify and resolve logistics issues, minimizing delays and disruptions
- Maintain and update logistics reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management (FMCG experience is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
