The Role
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term potential for the right candidate. Reporting to the Demand & Supply Manager, you’ll play a vital role in managing customer orders and ensuring seamless logistics coordination. It’s a dynamic, fast-paced position with plenty of variety and ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, orders, and complaints
- Process customer orders accurately through internal systems
- Coordinate with 3PL providers and carriers to ensure on-time deliveries
- Monitor and report on inventory levels and shipment statuses
- Ensure all shipping documentation and compliance paperwork is complete and accurate
- Liaise with operations and finance teams to support smooth order fulfilment and invoicing
- Identify process improvements and support continuous enhancement of customer service and logistics workflows
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service and logistics roles, ideally within FMCG or a related industry
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
