Our client is seeking a dynamic individual with strong experience to take ownership of the design and optimisation of their Learning Management System (LMS). With a current period of hyper growth they are seeking someone who can hit the ground running to ensure their success in a multi-stream training environment.
You will play a key role in the design, optimisation and management of the LMS, working collaboratively with the learning team in a fast-paced environment.
Role Priorities
- Management of mandatory and regulatory training including any necessary credentials.
- Advanced utilisation of their learning management system to ensure compliant and consistent learning across various business units
- Coordination and delivery of training and learning
- Reviewing and developing relevant learning modules
- Work closely with the learning team to design the LMS in line with business needs
- 3+ years of experience in learning and development
- Experience with Learning Management Systems. For example: Acorn, Elmo, SuccessFactors, etc.
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
