- Ticketing Support: Manage and resolve 5-10 tickets per day using Alloy ticketing system.
- Basic Access Support: Assist users with access issues and permissions.
- Instructional Content Creation: Develop PowerPoint presentations to explain processes and how-to guides.
- Ad Hoc Team Support: Assist the team with various support tasks as needed.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems, preferably Alloy.
- Basic understanding of access control and permissions.
- Ability to create clear and concise instructional materials.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
- Availability to work onsite in South Melbourne, Monday to Friday.
