About the Role:

We are seeking an Engineering Project/Portfolio Coordinator to support the Engineering Lead in managing capital projects across all business units and sites. This role involves developing and maintaining the master schedule of capital project portfolios, including capex cashflow forecasting, timesheets, reports, engineering drawings, and other relevant documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in monitoring, reporting, and controlling the business’s capital expenditure portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain project management documents, including budgets, schedules, scope statements, and project plans.
  • Manage invoices, purchase orders, inventory reports, and other financial documents.
  • Generate and distribute reports and facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders.
  • Visit sites as required to assist in the management of the capital projects portfolio.
  • Utilise basic AutoCAD skills to update drawings and maintain the drawing register.

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Qualified in an appropriate engineering discipline (civil/mechanical/electrical or process) or a mechanical/electrical tradesperson seeking to develop project management skills.
  • Proven exposure to Engineering Project Co-ordination.
  • Strong technical writing skills.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Willingness to undertake regional/interstate travel.
