Position Description
Working within a supportive, positive and collaborative team, this role will be suited to someone who has accounts experience and/or exposure to payroll, and is looking to further develop in their career in this field. With exceptional training provided, the role will include but not be limited to:
- Assist with timesheet processing and the weekly payroll
- Email and hand out payslips
- Maintain company payroll records in an accurate and confidential manner
- Respond to enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintaining pay records, employee records, leave records and related information
- Assist with reporting duties at end of month
Ideal Candidate
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic candidate with the willingness to work hard and a keen desire to grow their career in Payroll. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and enjoy building relationships and working as part of a team. They will also have the ability to prioritise their own work, and have excellent time management skills. You will only require 6-12 months experience in the accounts and/or payroll space, and will be eager to learn further facets of the role and upskill with excellent training provided.
