They’re looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior or Graduate Finance Administrator to join their young and dynamic team in the South-East of Melbourne on a permanent basis.
 
Responsibilities 
 
As the Junior Finance Administrator, your role will be to assist and support the team on a daily basis and be the go-to person for any finance-related duties.
 
These duties include:

• Providing financial administration
• Generating purchase orders and reconcile invoices
• Reconciling company purchasing cards
• Run financial reports with the assistance of our Finance Team
• Validate data, produce analysis, and add commentary on Finance Report

 Ideal Candidate
 
The ideal candidate will be:

• An Australia/NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident 
• A Certification, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Has driver’s license and are easily able to travel to the office location
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Great at multi-tasking
• Professional attitude, highly motivated and a strong team player 
• Great communicator and outgoing
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
