Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will be responsible for daily data entry of invoices and credit notes, as well as daily scanning of documents for the accounts department. You will play an integral role within a large accounts team.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting up new suppliers
- Entering invoices into the system
- Performing basic administrative tasks
- Data entry of invoices and credit notes on a daily basis
- Scanning of documents for the department on a daily basis
This position is ideal for someone starting their career and looking to gain valuable experience in Accounts Payable. The successful applicant will have these skills:
- Accurate data entry skills (has worked in a high volume environment)
- 1-2 Years Experience in Accounts Payable
- Competent Microsoft Excel Skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficient typing skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Competitive hourly rate with superannuation
