Position Description

Reporting directly to the Financial Accountant, the role will include but not be limited to:

• Invoice processing 
• Weekly and monthly payment processing
• Reconciliations 
• Handle supplier queries
• Management of relationships with suppliers
• Set up new supplier accounts 
• Ad hoc tasks as required

Ideal Candidate

• A keen willingness to learn, develop and grow their career
• Prior experience in a similar Accounts position (1-2 years ideally), or have studied in finance
• Excellent communication and phone manner
• High attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
