Position Description
Reporting directly to the Financial Accountant, the role will include but not be limited to:
- Invoice processing
- Weekly and monthly payment processing
- Reconciliations
- Handle supplier queries
- Management of relationships with suppliers
- Set up new supplier accounts
- Ad hoc tasks as required
Ideal Candidate

- A keen willingness to learn, develop and grow their career
- Prior experience in a similar Accounts position (1-2 years ideally), or have studied in finance
- Excellent communication and phone manner
- High attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
