About the role
This large healthcare organisation is looking for a Chris 21/Ichris system administrator to join their team on a full time permanent basis! The role will be sitting in the systems support team, and working very closely with the payroll department. They offer a flexible working arrangement between home and the office.

The Responsibilities:
  • Interpret a high volume, complex number of EA's through Ichris.
  • Analyze and report back tracked data
  • Respond to all customer queries (face to face, telephone, email)
  • Apply payroll knowledge, knowledge of company policies and procedures and problem solving skills to provide a quality response
  • Assisting the payroll team of the interpretation of the awards.
The successful applicant will have
  • Previous experience using Chris 21/Ichris is a must
  • Experience with different awards
  • Strong Excel and numeracy skills is very important
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working in the healthcare sector is a massive advantage
