Position Objectives:
The HSE Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and ISO 45001 standards. This position is essential in managing and enhancing national HSE systems and practices, fostering a strong safety culture across all work sites.
Key Elements:
- Implement and oversee management plans and objectives related to health, safety, and environment (HSE).
- Conduct regular audits and review daily reports to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leaders and key stakeholders to uphold safety standards.
- Investigate and document any incidents or deviations promptly.
- Support training initiatives and conduct assessments to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Compensation: An $80,000-$90,000 base salary, plus superannuation and a fully maintained vehicle for both professional and personal use.
