As the Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting quality candidates through proactive sourcing techniques and employer branding initiatives. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, support end-to-end recruitment, and ensure candidates are aligned to both the skills required and the organisation’s values. This is a hands-on and people-centric role that also champions the employer brand and contributes to building a strong, inclusive workplace culture.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Proactively source candidates via platforms such as Seek, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and recruitment events
- Build and maintain an active talent pool and track candidate progression for future opportunities
- Partner with hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment strategies across a range of roles
Coordinate and facilitate interviews, assessments, and reference checks - Manage candidate communications to ensure a timely, transparent, and positive recruitment experience
- Promote the employer brand through marketing content, social media, expos, and university outreach
- Prepare onboarding documentation and collaborate with HR to ensure smooth integration of new hires
- Maintain up-to-date records in HRIS and ATS systems, ensuring compliance with recruitment policies and legislation
- Report on key recruitment metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives across the talent function
