A leading Brisbane-based aged care organisation is seeking a proactive and relationship-focused Talent Acquisition Advisor to drive sourcing strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and support the delivery of a positive and engaging candidate experience.
  
As the Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting quality candidates through proactive sourcing techniques and employer branding initiatives. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, support end-to-end recruitment, and ensure candidates are aligned to both the skills required and the organisation’s values. This is a hands-on and people-centric role that also champions the employer brand and contributes to building a strong, inclusive workplace culture.
  
Your key responsibilities will include:  
  • Proactively source candidates via platforms such as Seek, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and recruitment events
  • Build and maintain an active talent pool and track candidate progression for future opportunities
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment strategies across a range of roles
    Coordinate and facilitate interviews, assessments, and reference checks
  • Manage candidate communications to ensure a timely, transparent, and positive recruitment experience
  • Promote the employer brand through marketing content, social media, expos, and university outreach
  • Prepare onboarding documentation and collaborate with HR to ensure smooth integration of new hires
  • Maintain up-to-date records in HRIS and ATS systems, ensuring compliance with recruitment policies and legislation
  • Report on key recruitment metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives across the talent function
You will possess a qualification (or be studying towards one) in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. You will bring strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to engage effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders at all levels. You will have experience using ATS and HRIS platforms, and a passion for delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset are essential.
