We are seeking a highly organised and experienced House Manager / Family Assistant to oversee the day-to-day operations of residence and family activities based from Kalinga.
Responsibilities:
This is a House Manager / Family Assistant role focuses on ensuring the smooth running of the household on a daily basis. Some of your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the below.
- Cleaning and organising the residence to the highest standards.
- Meeting and coordinating with contractors for maintenance and renovations
- Stocking the fridge and managing household supplies
- Transport children to and from school and extracurricular activities
- Take care of children in case of injury or illness
- Making/changing all the household beds, household laundry and ironing, cleaning the bedrooms, bathrooms and living spaces, organizing, vacuuming or dusting rooms, sweeping and mopping floors
throughout the house - Preparing and cooking meals and snacks for the entire family (service not required, just meal prep)
- Running errands including dry cleaning, grocery shopping, post office
- Proven experience as a House Manager, Nanny or Personal Assistant
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strict ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
- Knowledge of household management best practices
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
