Sharp & Carter are proud to be partnering with an industry-leading service provider as they search for an experienced Head of Talent Acquisition to join their dynamic and growing People and Culture function.
Reporting into the GM of People and Culture, the Head of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for partnering with other Senior Executives to develop the talent agenda for the entire business. You will be responsible for leading the transformation of the function and will work closely with the other members of the P&C team to create a market-leading talent attraction and retention program.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and imbed an innovative and inclusive talent acquisition strategy
- Provide strategic leadership within the Talent function to ensure the wider business objectives and goals are met
- Partner with Senior leadership on workforce planning
- Lead and inspire a team of talent acquisition professionals whilst managing day-to-day recruitment operations across the business
- Partner with the wider P&C team to develop employer branding and EVP
- Ensure recruitment compliance and best practice at all times
- Provide fantastic candidate and employee experience throughout the entire recruitment and onboarding process
- Minimum 8 years within talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally leading a talent team for the last 4 years
- Experience recruiting both white and blue collar professionals in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
