Reporting to the GM of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in driving transformational change across the organisation and its finance function. As Head of FP&A, you will lead a team of 7-8 high-performing business partners, embedding a culture of financial and commercial excellence across the organisation.
You will ensure the business is equipped with high-quality financial and operational insights to support decision-making, while also enhancing financial acumen across all levels of leadership. Leveraging significant investments in technology and data platforms, you will drive efficiency, elevate business intelligence, and enable more informed strategic and operational decisions across the organizations large and diverse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of 7-8 business partners, ensuring deep business engagement and value-driven financial support
- Drive business planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to enable strategic and operational excellence
- Leverage newly implemented platforms to enhance financial reporting, data-driven insights, and performance management
- Provide high-quality KPI, financial, and operational reporting and analysis to inform decision-making across the organisation
- Lead the management reporting process, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and strategic alignment
- Drive commercial and financial acumen across the business, working closely with operational leaders to enhance understanding and accountability
- Provide analytical support for strategic planning, ensuring alignment with growth objectives
- Identify and execute on opportunities for greater efficiency and quality of management information
- Lead key ad hoc projects to drive continuous improvement and transformation
You are a CA/CPA qualified finance professional with a strong track record in senior leadership roles, driving business performance and transformation in a large, complex corporate environment.
You excel in building and leading high-performing teams, inspiring your staff, and driving continuous growth and development. You are a commercially astute and strategic leader who proactively monitors trends, identifies opportunities, and executes plans to maximise financial and operational performance.
Experience in leveraging financial platforms and business intelligence tools to drive insights and efficiency is highly desirable. Your ability to engage, influence, and educate stakeholders across all levels of the business will be key to success in this role.
