The Head of FP&A is a key leadership role partnering directly with senior management reporting into the Finance Director. Managing a team, this role will partner with a range of business units to provide performance reporting, decision support, analysis and insights to support the executive team in achieving their strategic ambitions.
Duties
- Lead the FP&A team to drive function performance with P&L ownership
- Contribute to decision making through financial modelling, insights and analysis of key performance drivers
- Lead the annual budget planning, monthly forecast recommendations, and long-term strategic planning
- Business Partner with key divisions to build business plans and strategies
- Support the business with financial analysis, customer profitability analysis, cost analysis, and drive corrective actions
- Prepare and present timely and accurate management reports
- Prepare business cases for capital investment, pricing strategy and other business decisions
- Drive process improvement in the finance reporting function
- Encourage continuous improvement, automation and implement best practices
- Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to a high performing team
- CA / CPA / CIMA Qualified
- 5+ years Commercial / FP&A Manager level experience
- Excellent communication to consult with a broad audience
- Strong analytics skills interpreting data and providing recommendations
- Advanced leadership, coaching, mentoring and development skills
