As the Head of Facilities, you will oversee the management of a dynamic portfolio of properties, driving operational excellence, sustainability, and stakeholder satisfaction. Reporting to the GM Proporty & Procurement, you will lead a national team and implement strategies that ensure the effective management of all facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of facilities managers and support staff to achieve organizational goals.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee the operational and financial performance of leased and owned properties.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to optimize facility operations, including sustainability initiatives and cost efficiencies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality facilities services.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards across the portfolio.
- Budget Management: Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for the facilities function.
- Project Management: Oversee property upgrades, renovations, and new developments to align with organizational objectives.
- Proven experience in a senior facilities management role, preferably with a national portfolio.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Expertise in property and facilities management, including knowledge of compliance and safety regulations.
