The Role
- Responsible for management and financial accounting duties
- Assist in BAS and ABN compliance
- Complete daily bank reconciliations
- Complete Accounts Payable process
- Assist with year-end processes
- Provide cover for Accounts Payable Officer when required
- Ad hoc administrative duties
- Tertiary qualified in an accounting or commerce degree
- Aspirations to complete or be part way through your CA/CPA
- Maximum 1 year of professional accounting experience preferable in an AP/AR role.
- Sound knowledge of accounting standards
- Proficient experience using MS Excel (Pivot Tables, V-lookups, etc)
- Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to demonstrate initiative and have good attention to detail are essential
