About the role
The GM of Financial Performance is a key leadership role partnering directly with senior management reporting into the CFO of an iconic Not-For-Profit. Managing a team, this role will partner with a range of business units to provide performance reporting, decision support, analysis and insights to support the executive team in achieving their strategic ambitions. This role will also manage the Procurement and Fleet functions within this organisation.

Duties
  • Facilitates and maintains rolling 3-year strategic financial plan for the organisation
  • Develops and maintains financial forecasting 
  • Accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis giving visibility over the organisation’s financial performance and position
  • Provide key performance trends and driver analysis
  • Improving financial and commercial awareness of operational managers
  • Driving cost-effective supplier management
  • Ensuring that sound commercial decisions are made during procurement and maintaining fleet commercial practices
  • Business case development for investment opportunities 
Skills and Experience
  • CA / CPA / CIMA Qualified
  • Track record in a senior leadership position in a sizeable organisation
  • Experience partnering and presenting to C-suite leaders
  • Strong analytics skills interpreting data and providing commercial recommendations
  • Experience within a multi-site or multi-product environment will be considered as highly advantageous
  • Advanced leadership, coaching, mentoring and development skills
