The role
Reporting directly into the CFO, you will be responsible for leading and managing the financial planning and analysis function of the organisation, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes. Your responsibilities will include but be limited to:
- Lead and manage the budget process for the entire organisation
- Collaborate closely with executive and the Financial Business Partnering teams to provide financial insights that drive informed decision-making across the organisation
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement FP&A process
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies, maintaining the highest level of accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
- Mentor and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Provide strategic recommendations to support the organisations financial objectives and operational efficiencies.
The Ideal Candidate
- CA/CPA qualified
- Previous experience working in large & complex organisations
- Comfortable delivering change working is a fast paced and growing organisation
- Previous experience managing large teams is essential
- Excellent communication skills & ability to business partner to executive leaders
