Our client, a highly respected boutique non-profit aged care provider, is seeking an experienced and collaborative General Manager to lead its multi-service operations and services. Reporting to the Board, this key leadership role is responsible for overseeing residential aged care, retirement living, and home care services. With the support of a dedicated senior leadership team, the role will drive strategic initiatives, ensure operational excellence, and maintain the highest standards of care for residents and clients.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, nursing, or a related field, or equivalent senior management experience in aged care.
  • A strong understanding of aged care legislation and compliance requirements.
  • A proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop diverse teams.
  • A commitment to culturally responsive care and service delivery.
  • High-level commercial acumen and strategic planning capability.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • The ability to drive best-practice care while maintaining financial sustainability.
