About The Role
Reporting into the Group General Manager – FP&A – your role will include but not be limited to:
- Analyse results and provide insightful commentary on business performance, including stores, commercial and online businesses and category performance
- Analysis of operational metrics to help drive process efficiencies, sales opportunities, improvements to the customer experience and improved financial and operational outcomes
- Partner with the E&S executive and senior management team to provide financial, strategic, and commercial analysis.
- Work collaboratively with the Group financial reporting teams to support the delivery of monthly financial reporting, including interrogation and reconciliation of results and be the conduit between e&s operations and Group Finance
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial planning and analysis capabilities.
- Deliver annual budgets and provide regular forecasts
- Develop business cases to support investment in strategic initiatives
About You
- Experienced business partner with excellent communication & influencing skills
- Experience in budget and forecast preparation
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting/Finance
- CA/CPA qualified
- Experience in product based environments
- Minimum of 8+ years’ experience in a senior finance role
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Adaptable and self-motivated
- Strong customer service focus and good communication skills
