This is a key role looking after the FP&A function reporting to the well-regarded Head of Finance. You will be a hands-on strategic thinker responsible for the commercial function of the organisation from business partnering, management performance, storytelling, presentation of performance to senior leaders, modelling insights and analytics. Duties
- Manage the FP&A function and manage a small team
- Work collaboratively and hands-on in leading management reporting requirements
- Deliver insights and analytics to the leadership team challenging thoughts and ideas
- Present financial performance, trading updates, flash reports and outlooks to the business
- Business partner the broader business to deliver strategic initiatives
- Deliver reporting requirements in-line with regulatory obligations
- Scenario modelling on special projects including mergers and acquisitions
- Invest time in your team members to develop, mentor and knowledge share
- CA / CPA Qualified
- 5+ years finance experience in a commercial function
- Hands-on professional with FP&A management or FBP experience
- Excellent communication to liaise with a broad range of stakeholders
- Passionate about growth and development of a team
- Leadership capabilities with a growth mindset
