About the Role
As a Food Technologist, you will be dedicated to creating new and exciting food products that meet the highest standards of quality and taste. You'll manage multiple projects across innovation and new product development, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, tailored food solutions. From concept to launch, you’ll play a key role in shaping the flavor and functionality of our product range.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a true passion for food, a hands-on mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure products meet customer expectations and regulatory standards. The role also includes sensory testing, process optimization, technical documentation, and occasional customer interaction—ideal for someone who enjoys both creativity and technical detail.
Skills and Experience
- 1–2 years’ experience working within a food manufacturing environment specifically in NPD.
- A genuine passion for food and the culinary world.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science or other related science disciplines.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Hands-on, proactive, and curious mindset with great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and confidence in presenting ideas to internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, commercially driven food company.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
