This role is more than just numbers—it’s about shaping the financial strategy behind a high-profile, large-scale development.
  
The Role:

We’re looking for a Financial Controller who can oversee all financial aspects of this landmark project, ensuring effective financial management, governance, and commercial oversight throughout the development lifecycle. From budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to joint venture reporting and financial strategy, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing this project to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial policies, budgeting, and forecasting
• Oversee cash flow, treasury strategies, and bank account operations
• Handling banking relationships, journals, bank reconciliations, monthly reporting, and external audits
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders
• Implement compliance measures with regulatory and contractual obligations
• Work alongside cost consultants to review project assumptions and financials
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes
• Preparing PCG reports and ensuring financial accuracy in project reporting

Who we’re looking for:  

• A CA/CPA-qualified finance leader with strong experience in property development or aligned industries 
• Deep understanding of project finance, joint ventures, and development funding structures
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with multiple senior level stakeholders
• A commercial mindset, balancing risk, compliance, and financial performance
• Detail-oriented with a hands-on approach to financial control
• Someone who thrives in a fast-moving, high-profile development environment
