The responsibilities
Working in a team of Ten and reporting to the Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Prepare and review month end processing including reconciliations and journal entries.
- Maintain fixed assets registers.
- Process fixed assets transactions including acquisitions, disposals, write-offs and depreciation.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Partnering with key operational stakeholders regarding asset movements.
- Project accounting and capitalisation of completed projects (desired).
- CA/CPA qualified (or studying towards).
- Proven Fixed Asset experience.
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (not essential)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, time management and organisation skills.
- Experience within large complex environments will be considered highly advantageous.
- Work from home 2 days
