The Responsibilities
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:
- Acquisition accounting adjustments required
- Review and adjustments of Leased assets & associated depreciation
- Management equity plan
- The month end close process
- Implement and maintain accounting policies, procedures and internal controls
- Analyze current operational processes and recommend and implement potential improvements
- Prepare consolidated annual financial statements
- Assisting with the preparation of the Annual Budget and forecasts, liaising with all departments to integrate plans
The Successful application will have:
- Experience with acquisition accounting AND/OR equity planning
- Strong experience in a similar, Senior Financial Accountant or Finance Manager role
- CA/CPA qualified or working towards it
- Exposure to business partnering and stakeholder management
- An ambitious, transformation centric mind to help this business successfully undergo their acquisition /growth strategy
