We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. You will oversee financial processes and compliance across Australia and New Zealand. As a Finance Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing month-end and year-end financial close processes across all departments.
- Overseeing compliance reporting, including FBT, GST, and Income Tax obligations for Australia and New Zealand.
- Leading the external audit process, ensuring timely and accurate submission of key financial reports such as the Board Pack and Management Pack.
- Acting as the primary finance contact, working closely with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and drive positive change.
- Reviewing financial statements and balance sheets to guarantee accuracy before sharing with the business.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline (essential).CPA, CA, or CFA certification (highly desirable).
- Experience in a senior financial management or accounting role.
- Strong understanding of IFRS, compliance requirements, and risk management.
- Proficiency in interpreting and analyzing complex financial data to support business decisions.
