The Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the CFO, this role is centered on business partnership, analysis, implementation, strategic modeling, and planning. In this position, you will:
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and commercial teams, providing in-depth commercial analysis and partnership.
- Drive positive results across annual objectives including sales, growth, market share, pricing, and profitability targets.
- Work closely with the Retail Sales and Marketing teams to inform and support strategic business decisions.
- Oversee and manage the rolling forecast cycle for key business units.
- Enhance and maintain financial systems and streamline reporting processes.
- Partner with a variety of stakeholders to support and achieve strategic business goals.
- CA or CPA qualified (or currently working towards qualification)
- Expertise in data analysis and financial modeling, with a talent for presenting insights to stakeholders
- Strong skills in business partnership, stakeholder management, and effective decision-making
- Outstanding interpersonal abilities with a proven history of influencing key stakeholders both internally and externally
