The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join the finance team and support corporate services and sales functions. This highly visible, business-facing role is ideal for a strategic and commercially savvy individual who thrives on partnering with stakeholders to drive performance and deliver actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to corporate and sales teams, providing financial guidance and commercial analysis
- Support pricing strategies, master data quality, and performance metrics
- Conduct regular financial reviews and drive process improvements
- Lead planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring
- Develop and support business cases and financial models
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure aligned financial assumptions and inputs
- Deliver timely, accurate, and meaningful reporting and variance analysis
- Assist with capital expenditure planning and benefit tracking
- Ensure alignment with financial policies, governance, and compliance standards
- Drive data-driven decision-making through BI tools like Power BI
- Support strategic planning, financial reporting, and group consolidation activities
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce
- CA/CPA qualification (or equivalent)
- Significant experience in a finance business partnering role, ideally within corporate or sales functions
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting in complex organisations
- Familiarity with data tools such as Power BI and ERP systems
