The Role: 
Reporting to the Group FP&A Manager and working closely with the Divisional GM and GM of Finance, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of the weekly, monthly, quarterly consolidated reports, as well as driving process improvement.  As a trusted finance business partner to the senior leadership team around reporting, influencing skills are critical to your success as this role that collaborates with a broad and diverse set of stakeholders to drive accountability for outcomes. The duties of your role will include but not be limited to the following.

  • Provide finance business partnering support to senior leadership team
  • Preparing and consolidating of financial budgets and forecasts
  • Cashflow forecasting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Perform analysis of monthly and quarterly financial performance
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Responsible for group reconciliations
  • Complete timely and accurate variance analysis
  • Consolidation of the weekly and monthly business financials for reporting
  • Streamline month-end and quarterly reporting and drive process improvement
  • Act as the key Finance contact for External Auditors
  • Ad hoc projects and analysis as required by senior leadership

You will have an ability to balance your detail-driven personality with the capacity to understand the bigger picture and your exceptional communication skills will compliment your talent for interpreting and articulating complex information.
  
Other requirements include:  
  • CA/CPA qualified
  • Extensive reporting and consolidations experience within a large & complex product or retail based organisation 
  • Ability to be a future leader of a successful and high-performing team
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and business partnering skills
*Please note that this role is based 5 days per week in the office
