As the Finance Business Partner for Sales, you’ll play a key role in supporting sales growth and optimizing financial performance. Working closely with cross-functional teams, your insights and analysis will directly impact promotional strategies, sales initiatives, and overall business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities, providing actionable insights to enhance revenue and profitability.
- Financial Modelling: Create and manage financial models to support strategic decisions on pricing, promotions, and sales strategies.
- Budget Management: Collaborate with sales teams to develop, monitor, and analyze budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Reporting & Insights: Deliver clear, concise reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Strategic Support: Partner with sales teams to assess market trends, evaluate new opportunities, and shape effective sales strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Category, and other departments to support projects that drive growth.
- CPA/CA qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience in a Commercial Analyst or Finance Business Partner role within FMCG or retail
- Proven success partnering with Sales teams
- Advanced Excel and strong communication skills
