You will play a crucial role in the management reporting process, acting as the bridge between operational and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating annual budgets and reforecasts.
- Analysing and interpreting actual vs. budgeted performance.
- Transforming data into critical insights for better decision-making.
- Collaborating with operational and support managers to extract and present valuable insights.
Experience and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. CPA or CA preferred.
- Proven experience as a Management Accountant, ideally within the agribusiness industry.
- Strong financial analysis skills and proficiency in budget modelling.
- Knowledge of livestock preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modelling software, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail, practical problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to travel as required.
