About the Role
As an Export Documentation Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless information flow and accurate documentation for international shipments. Working closely with our Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, and Planning teams, you’ll be the linchpin that ensures our export operations run smoothly, meeting customer and country-specific requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently process shipping documents before and after sailing, ensuring timely completion.
- Maintain professional communication with clients, addressing documentation concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with Customer Service to resolve client inquiries and support seamless operations.
- Develop and nurture strong working relationships across the Export Documentation team and broader organization.
- Ensure compliance with customer and country-specific documentary requirements.
