As an Executive Administrative Support, you will play a vital role in supporting the team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Joining a broader administration team of 13 in Melbourne, you’ll have access to plenty of support and guidance to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Managing emails, and general inquiries.
- Preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assisting with travel arrangements and bookings.
- Supporting team projects and contributing to process improvements.
- Handling other administrative tasks as required to support the team.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with attention to detail.
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Full working rights in Australia.
