This role is perfect for a highly organised and commercially savvy Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with senior executives.
You will be the right-hand person to the CEO, helping to streamline operations, manage key projects, and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day business activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support
- Manage the CEO’s complex diary, emails, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare high-level correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Monitor incoming communications, flag key priorities, and assist with follow-ups.
- Board & Leadership Team Coordination
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of board papers, reports, and presentations.
- Attend leadership meetings, take minutes, and track action items along side Company Secetary.
- Liaise with senior executives and board members on behalf of the CEO.
- Project & Business Support
- Support the CEO in driving key strategic initiatives across the business.
- Assist in managing confidential projects, contracts, and governance requirements.
- Work closely with Finance, Marketing, and Sales teams on business operations.
- Event & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate internal and external events, including leadership offsites and team meetings.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.
- Process Improvement & Office Coordination
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and implement best practices.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and manage ad hoc requests.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to anticipate needs and priorities.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Experience in an FMCG, corporate, or ASX-listed environment is highly regarded.
