An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a well-established, ASX-listed FMCG company. This business is a leader in its field, with a strong national presence and a reputation for quality, innovation, and continued growth.

This role is perfect for a highly organised and commercially savvy Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with senior executives.

You will be the right-hand person to the CEO, helping to streamline operations, manage key projects, and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day business activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Executive Support
    • Manage the CEO’s complex diary, emails, and travel arrangements.
    • Act as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Prepare high-level correspondence, reports, and presentations.
    • Monitor incoming communications, flag key priorities, and assist with follow-ups.
  • Board & Leadership Team Coordination
    • Assist in the preparation and distribution of board papers, reports, and presentations.
    • Attend leadership meetings, take minutes, and track action items along side Company Secetary. 
    • Liaise with senior executives and board members on behalf of the CEO.
  • Project & Business Support
    • Support the CEO in driving key strategic initiatives across the business.
    • Assist in managing confidential projects, contracts, and governance requirements.
    • Work closely with Finance, Marketing, and Sales teams on business operations.
  • Event & Stakeholder Management
    • Coordinate internal and external events, including leadership offsites and team meetings.
    • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Process Improvement & Office Coordination
    • Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and implement best practices.
    • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and manage ad hoc requests.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to anticipate needs and priorities.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Experience in an FMCG, corporate, or ASX-listed environment is highly regarded.
