About the role:
Partnering with the CEO of a thriving Australian owned company, this is an Executive Assistant role that will suit someone who enjoys the challenges that come with working in a start-up environment and is not afraid to chip in and work on tasks and projects that might not be specifically listed in the job description.
Your remit will be to strategise, implement processes and procedures, champion projects and be the right-hand person for this entrepreneurial Executive.

Your responsibilities:
In this exciting newly created role, your objective will not be to free up the CEO, it will be to make his execution more impactful. As such, you will be responsible for some of the following key tasks; A rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join an entrepreneurial business that is experiencing rapid growth across globally!
- Extensive diary, email, and travel management
- Preparation of board reports, distributing meeting minutes, and following up action items
- Writing and formatting highly confidential documents on behalf of the Managing Director
- Organisation of internal functions and corporate events
- Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders and communicating business strategies to the wider business
- Assisting with the preparation of legal documents
- Provide leadership and support to the Sales Team including email review, organise and prepare sponsorship agreements, administration of proprietary CRM software
- Preparation and record keeping of monthly/quarterly sales commissions
- Ad hoc project support
Having worked as an Executive Assistant you bring:
- Technically proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to prioritise and stay one step ahead
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Overall great team player
- High degree of attention to detail
- Excellent planning and organisation skills while being extremely flexible
- Excellent time management skills
- Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively
